(Unrelated but very funny - loved this...)

I owe you a gameday post from Freddie's previous walkoff on Saturday - which was really fun - but in the meantime, let's discuss how cute this postgame interview is and what a great player Freddie is.

1. He's great offensively (see: above)

2. He's great defensively (see: splits and picks)

3. He has a sense of humor and genuinely seems to enjoy his teammates.

There are more things, add yours!

His walkoff homer got new lovvie David Carpenter his first win as a Brave. I like him a lot, and not just because he looks like a more muscley right-handed version of Jonny sometimes. ;) Susan says I'm imagining it, but look...

And look at those two scrum pictures above - that's DCarp both times, not Jonny. Do you see the resemblance? Tell me if I'm wrong here, please. They're not twins, but could definitely be brothers from these angles. Hmm, I need to see them side by side. :)

It sounds like DCarp is heading up some bullpen rookie hazing too - did you see this?

Can't wait to see babyface Alex with his first big league start today. Good luck, doll!
