Simba's first big league homer!
No beepee today - they had the alumni softball game beforehand. I know it's exciting to a lot of people, but when you watch it for a couple of years in a row...it's just a softball game. I'd rather see a home run derby, honestly.
But I don't schedule these things, so I took pics of what I could. We spent most of the game up in the 755 Club with Jenna (don't get the wings, they aren't worth $15) and I spent a little time with Twitter friends Rene' and Lauren O as well. Fun!

The Braves were celebrating the 20th anniversary of Sid Bream's slide, had the stage out and everything...
Pregame ceremony for Sid Bream. He ended his thank-you speech with a brief testimony of Jesus Christ, which was well-received by the crowd.

Oh yeah, Alison, LA Lauren, and I all thought it would be fun to wear our Escobar shirts. Mine is super-huge - I got it for $5 a couple of years ago - but theirs look great. :)
