(I have a theory - that I completely made up - where I think Kimmeh got to use the gym/trainers for free all off-season in exchange for them videoing Mr. ROY doing their workouts. Look how successful one of our trainees is! Come to our facility TODAY! It's pretty smart.)
(Also, not that I wear a lot of jewelry, but I do usually take off my necklace before I work out.) ;)
