Spring 2012 Day 3: Socks UP!

Atlanta Braves closer Craig Kimbrel practices his pickoff move to first base.

Look at our beautiful boys, wearing their uniforms in the Best Way Possible. Can I make hearts on this new blog? ❤ Yay! Okay, this is how much I love this choice: ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

There are some wonderful pics in today's AJC album, including a very thin MattE (looking sharp), Beardless Rossy, and Bourn and JJ and Marteen looking pretty.

There's also an album from yesterday that includes this gem:

Outfielder Matt Diaz, facing, hugs Martin Prado.

As well as some great pictures of Jonny, Mac, Huddy, and JHey, and an unflattering pic of EO. He's so good looking - I don't know how the cameras don't see that all the time.

Speaking of good looking, I am looking forward to this commercial. (I'm assuming it's a commercial.)

Braves Backup Catcher David Ross Speaks with FOX 5's Chris Clark: MyFoxATLANTA.com

[on the phone right now]

Lauren: There's a good video I'm putting on the blog right now. Rossy does look younger without the beard.
Alison: Of course he does. The best part was when your cousin Catherine called him "sir". ...No, the best part was your reply, "Don't call him sir!"
Lauren: *hahahaha* Well! He didn't need to be reminded about their age difference!

Finally, here are a few articles to read...

Washington Post: Look at that old guy: 36-year-old Hudson still leading 1 of baseball’s most promising staffs

Bowman's blog: Odds and ends from Braves camp

Braves.com: McCann much more than just 'offensive catcher'

DOB's AJC blog: On Prado’s return, Hudson’s toughness, early arrivers (especially love the pic of Mac leading the running)

And can we please talk about how huge Uggla's arms supposedly are? Bigger than last year??
