True. On the other hand, Corky was probably being cautious, afraid of being stabbed by Sori's beard. ;)
I'm partially blaming Baby if Corky does get injured by the pointiest beard in the bullpen — I don't recall our catchers automatically hugging the pitcher after every game before he came along. (And neither Sori nor Acosta seems to like it too much. Neither of them is as huggy as Huddy. …Maybe that's not the best example.)
I definitely don't remember catchers and pitchers hugging after games this much. This team certainly has a lot of love for one another. I agree that some guys don't like it as much as say, Huddy, Baby or Chipper. But, I'd hug everybody, too, if I were that great :)
Hahahaahaha those are great! We're going to the game tonight, gonna have to pick up one of these.
I'm surprised that with all the people Chipper knows in baseball and with the age difference that he said Baby Heap, I would've guessed Andruw or somebody. I also like how Baby Heap didn't want to choose between Frenchy and Chipper (or whoever) so he went the safe route with Eddie P. Smart man!
Uh Gonzo first the Gucci luggage and now a little lap dog? It's a good thing you're so darn hot…
Really Gonzo? That's NOT A DOG!! (of course girls loooove the big sexy guy walking the tiny puff ball disgusied as a dog…and the fact that he named it Foxy- great name, by the way! My last name is Fox:D- is just so him!)
Amanda, the price on the program has gone down from last year, but the content is better than ever. If I recall correctly, it was $5 (down from $7 last April and $8 last July for vol. 2).
I will also send my thanks to you Lauren- those photos are awesome! I love that Yunie thinks nobody would believe he's humble:) and how much of a Mamma's boy is Gonzo? (so cute) And Mac has a dog named Mindy? What happened to Tyson? I liked Tyson:)
Gonzo, why do you keep doing this to me? A man purse and a froo-froo yippy dog? I don't think my heart can handle much more of this. I'm with Amanda…good thing you're hot! :)
Just picture those eyes giving that smoldering look to a tiny puff ball that he is holding in his arms…as much as I hate little puff balls, there is something really hot about that:)
I just had a thought…maybe it's the family pet? Like I'm thinking of my son answering this question and yes he would consider my little dog who lives in the house with us as his pet if asked.
Just trying to help restore the studly image we (used to) have of Gonzo…
I was wondering the same thing about Tyson! Jeff still has Brody, apparently. Hmmm. Someone has to ask him that sometime because it's like that poor dog disappeared off the face of the earth. :(
Love the pictures in the program this year! I think they get better (and hotter) each year. Too bad they can't take SportSouth's lead and do a shirtless photoshoot with them or at least like those firemen calendar shoots. He he. 0:D Ok, maybe not with all of the guys in the shoot. That's like never seeing any of the guys shirtless/in a towel (KJ is the exception here) on camera/tv, but Chino gets his time on there with a towel that barely covers half of him. *bleh*
I said the same thing about Gonzo, but then was like, "no, he definitely can't be gay." If Gonzo is gay, that would seriously shock me. He looks too "bad boyish" to be gay, on and off the field. But there are guys that get smaller dogs because the chicks dig it or they prefer small dogs, such as McFrenchy's dogs.
Point well taken. And if Gonzo is giving me a smoldering look, I guarantee I'm not paying attention to the dog. ;)
Amanda –
I, too, thought about the family pet thing. That would make sense. Besides, who else would take care of his dog while he's on road trips? I think I'm going to stick with this theory. Though if he does need a dog-sitter, I would be more than happy to volunteer for the job. :)
This is why Gonzo needs the man purse ladies! He puts the tiny little dog-like thing in there and takes it with him on road trips. You can't put tiny little dog-like things in suitcases, you need man bags!
LOL! I don't know if it makes me feel better or worse that his man bag might be used to carry a tiny yippy dog a la Paris Hilton. How about a small, but manly, duffel bag instead?
No duffel bags because Foxy's puffiness might cause it to get caught in the zipper and Foxy would end up looking like Mac. (and for the record, my 3:07 marks the 2nd time in less then a week that I was forced to delete my original thoughts because they were wondering off into the truly inappropriate:D)
What is it with Pomeranian's named Foxy?? Can't someone give a real dog that name? That was my nickname in high school…soo do not want people to think of me as a puff of fur trying to pass itself off as a dog!
Watching Atlanta baseball from a female fan’s perspective
“I enjoy tryin’ to make those guys look as good as I can.”
Tim Hudson ~ 4/18/11
Many girls watch baseball differently than guys do. The goal here is to increase Braves fandom by posting entertaining pictures and stories about the best team in the major leagues. ❤

I thought this picture of their hug looks a little awkward. Of course, there is a lot of Corky to hug.

I was wondering about Tyson too! I swear, if I ever interview him, I'm going to ask about the brother dogs and exactly how that all happened.

Oooo! Thanks, Lauren! Somebody did a great job on the photography, very cool look. One of the best pics of Frenchy I've seen.
CA, the Pomeranian I know is also named Foxy. Too bad she's not the same one, huh?
